Learning to Drive?
I am a DSA Approved Driving Instructor (Car) so you can be assured of an excellent standard of instruction on your lessons. I am a calm, friendly and patient instructor, as well as being thorough! I make my lessons fun and enjoyable, and tailor my lessons to your individual needs to enable you to learn quickly and safely, in the most cost effective way. Whether you are old or young, experienced and just wanting a few refresher lessons, have never sat behind a wheel before, have forgotten how to reverse park or just picked up some bad habits you want to get rid of - then I can help! Nervous drivers welcome! You can expect door-to-door service, (I am happy to drop you off / pick you up at work or college to save you added expenses), one-to-one tuition, flexible lesson times and a full hours tuition.
Beginner Lessons: Nervous? don't worry. Learning to drive should not be an ordeal, in fact it should be an enjoyable experience. Once you have driven for the first time your nerves will go. Lessons are structured and set at a pace to ensure you develop all the skills neccessary to deal with todays roads. The car is equiped with dual-controls for your peace of mind and you have an instructor with you helping you along.
Refresher Courses: These courses are for qualified drivers who need to brush up on their driving skills. You may not have driven for some time, want to learn about 'Defensive Driving' or lost confidence due to an accident. Whatever your reason, a course can be tailored to your requirements.
Motorway Driving: This training is for both new and experienced drivers who may not have done pass plus, never driven on a motorway, or need to brush up on their motorway driving.
Pass Plus: This course is for newly qualified drivers, who will learn to deal with a wide range of traffic and all weather situations. The course will help boost your new skills as a driver making you more aware of hazards and how to deal with them safely. Pass Plus is not a test, it is based on continual assessment by your instructor. Pass Plus lasts for a minimum of six hours and can help reduce insurance costs.
